The front steps require a very high step up, which was difficult when carrying luggage, etc. We were looking for a place with a nice pool table which is one of the reasons we chose this property, but the pool table condition was very disappointing. It was very dirty with stains and had tears in the cloth felt, so we could not play any pool. My wife went to grab a coffee cup out of the cabinet and it appeared as though it was never washed or even rinsed out. The dishwasher was not secured to the countertop, which was definitely a safety issue. The house is very large though and the air conditioning worked great, we had no issues with staying cool or hot water for showers.

Phenomenal host

Host made the check in process and stay an excellent experience. This is the second property with the same host and he has been phenomenal both times. Makes your stay feel like your right at home and responds quickly with results. Will be a returning customer with any property that he list.

Great house!

The house was great - just what we needed for a family of 9. 6 bedrooms with large beds, comfortable furniture and neat and clean. Communication with the host was fast. Close to local ski resorts. Overall great - would do it again any time.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time staying at Dmitry”s place. Dmitry was very responsive from the first day of booking and very accommodating. The place is great - everything you need, including a family of deer who came by to say hello a few times. Who doesn’t need this type of cuteness! Thanks Dmitry from my friends and me! Gina

The house is spacious and գեղեց pleasant, but unfortunately it was not cleaned to the standard we’ve experienced with other VRBO properties. The beds and comforters appeared dirty, and we even encountered bed bugs during our stay, which was very concerning. Additionally, there was no soap provided in the bathroom. Overall, the lack of cleanliness significantly impacted our experience.

When we arrived the fridge was making an awful sound. I contacted the host and he had a handyman come out and fix it the next day. When the fridge was moved there was a bunch of food and crumbs under it. The air conditioners upstairs were caked with filth. We had to clean the filters to use them. The felt on the pool table was ripped in 2 places and the one bumper was broke. The front steps are about 2 1/2' off the ground. The property definitely needs some love and the pictures need to be updated.

Justin, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad we were able to have the refrigerator repaired the next day, but we’re sorry the home did not fully meet expectations upon arrival. The cleanliness concerns you described are not consistent with our standards, and we have addressed them directly with our cleaning and maintenance teams. We are also inspecting the air-conditioning units, pool table, front steps, and listing photos so that any needed repairs or updates are completed. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.

Great Home for Relaxing Getaway

My friends and I were trying to get away from the big city to enjoy a night and relax. This home was an awesome option with plenty of beds/ bedrooms, and games. We had 2 pregnant ladies, a 1 year old, and a dog and the house was perfect to accommodate us all. Would def. recommend this home. The owner was away on vacation but was still great with communicating and tending to our questions/needs in a timely manner.

Great for Our Family!

The house was large enough to accommodate our family (7 adults and 2 young children) but small enough that we were still connected in the kitchen and dining room. We loved the activities in the house during our relaxation time in the house - ping pong table, pool table and foosball!

Great time in the Poconos

Beautiful house with lots of room for multiple couples. Private deck and grill for cooking. Visiting deer with fauns felt secluded yet we were close to town. Nearby lakes within a short walk.

Wedding

We had moved away and needed someplace to stay for our daughters wedding. Property was nice, some odds and ends needs fixing. Would have love some dressers to put clothes so had to live out of our suit cases for the week; there are closets to hang clothes but not enough hangers. Had issue with the AC but someone was sent to look at it. Very roomy.

A Sweet Retreat Worthy of a Repeat 😁

We had a lovely time and the house provided loads of laughs fun activities and comfortable surroundings. It was truly a treat and we would definitely come back. Alex was available and very accommodating. He understood what I was going for and did his best to make sure we got what we needed. Even when there was little mishaps that were not to my expectations based on listing Alex was completely understanding and ready to make things right. Great host through and through. My family and look forward to returning again. Especially to see the latest updates Alex will be making to ensure everything in the description lives up to every families expectation. Super excited for the next family or couple who gets to enjoy this property.☺
