The studio features a private balcony where you can indulge in the beauty of nature and enjoy the stunning ocean view. Relaxation is key, and we invite you to unwind and recharge by the pool, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

Conveniently located just a short walk across the road, you'll find a park, BBQ areas, marina, and beautiful waterfront promenade. Take a leisurely stroll along the waterside boardwalk, passing by the marina and restaurants, and soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the Whitsundays.

Inside the studio, you'll find all the comforts you need for a delightful stay. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, ensuring your personal care needs are met. The 45-inch TV provides entertainment options, and the kitchenette comes complete with a bar fridge and stove top, allowing you to prepare light meals and snacks whenever you desire. Basic cooking equipment is provided for your convenience.

Shingley Ocean Views is located within a resort building, offering additional amenities to enhance your stay. Indulge your taste buds at the onsite restaurant, where talented chefs prepare delicious meals. The bar offers a variety of beverages, providing the perfect spot to unwind and socialize.

For your laundry needs, the building provides a washing machine and dryer, allowing you to keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay.

Please note that there is no reserved parking available for the studio, but parking space for one car is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shingley Ocean Views is privately owned and operated by Holiday in the Whitsundays. While we are located within a resort building, we have no affiliation with the onsite reception. Our dedicated team is available to assist you from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. All check-in information will be sent to you via the booking platform you used, at least two days before your arrival. After-hours service is available by contacting our office number.

We strive to ensure your comfort and enjoyment during your stay, and if there's anything we can do to enhance your experience, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Please be mindful of the cockatoos in the area. To avoid them entering the property, we kindly ask that you keep the doors closed and refrain from leaving food out on the balcony. Feeding the birds on the balcony is not recommended.

Self check-in details and the door code will be emailed to you 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address for all correspondence. Please note that there is no on-site reception.

To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, we have established a Code of Conduct that governs tenant behavior and the use of the property. By booking and staying at the property, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines for yourself and any visitors you allow at the property:

A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on-site when children are present. Bookings made by individuals under the age of 21 will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued as it is a breach of the booking terms and conditions.
Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 2.
We kindly ask that you avoid causing any nuisance at the property, including excessive noise and disruptive behavior. Please be considerate of neighboring properties, and noise should generally cease after 9 pm Sunday through Thursday and 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. The premises should not be used as a party house.

Parking is available both off-street and on-street for your convenience.

Please dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with the usual practice. Bins have been provided for your use. Do not throw any rubbish in the garden.

Upon vacating, please ensure that the premises are left in a clean and tidy condition. All fittings and chattels should be in their original condition and position. Please report any damage or disrepair to the property manager within 12 hours. The tenants will be responsible for any repairs or excessive cleaning required due to their stay, including stains on sheets and towels.

At the end of your tenancy, please lock the premises, close all windows, and turn off lights and air conditioning. Remember to lock up each time you leave the property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property.

In the event of any contravention of the Code of Conduct, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately, the accommodation booking may be terminated within 2 hours' notice at the Property Manager's discretion. No refunds will be provided.

Upon vacating, please ensure that the premises are left in a clean and tidy condition. Dishes should be washed, dried, and put away, and rubbish should be taken out. Additional cleaning fees (minimum $200.00) will apply if extra cleaning is required.
