Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids. The house is a quintessential 1960's mid-century modern, tri-level. Clean and comfy, but needs a little love to make it shine.

Cindi was fantastic with communication. There was a lot going on with the house- workers frequently stopped by to either get estimates or do work on the pool. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the beach with our toddler. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again because the beds were very uncomfortable. My back hurt so much it kind of ruined the trip for me. If you can sleep anywhere and you don’t have a toddler, this house is fine. It definitely needs some TLC, but the extra space is a plus.

This was a last minute booking due to a cancellation of another rental. Everything was ready for us and the house is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed everything about it including the beach chairs and umbrellas that are available.

Check-in and check out was excellent.The house had plenty room for a large family.We spent 11 nights at the house.Had a birthday party a couple of cook outs.Everyone that stopped by.The house enjoyed it just as much as we did.I would like to see the pool.Get a little bit more love.P.S THE?LOCATION WAS PERFECT.

The house overall was perfect! Outside could have been mowed, pool was a foot short of water, not vacuumed. I was happier when the pool guy came and loaded it with chemicals. Gas grill worked out great! All in all family members and guest now have some fantastic memories! Thank you

The family bungalow stay

The house was well kept very roomie and it had everything that we needed stay comfortable there was a lot to do in the area the kids loved playing in the pool. The one thing that needs to be worked on is the landscaping

Florida Beach Stay

Overall lovely stay with family. We were in town for a family wedding. The house, though older, was clean and maintained. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The pool was lovely though the jets in the spa never worked. The shallow shelf area was perfect for the toddler. The back yard was somewhat weedy and no screened area, but bugs were only a problem one day. The walk to beach is doable unless you have a lot of gear. Then we would drive to beach, unload and have one of us return and walk back. The facilities at beach were very nice with bathrooms and picnic areas. It was perfect location between the ceremony and reception site.

Spacious home close to a beautiful beach

We all loved the house, the pool and the location.Having a bunk room for the kids and enough bedrooms for all the adults was wonderful.Everything was clean; pool was heated and clean, nice outdoor space under a roof so there was shade and sun.Thanks for having enough dishes and cutlery for everyone, with some extras; also, having some of the spices, etc. was extremely nice.The only recommendation I have is that the bed mattresses be replaced as they are creaking and not very comfortable.I understand the house is up for sale so this may not be necessary, but if the house rental is to be continued, I recommend the change.All in all, it’s a very good rental.

Excellent space

The property was easy to find. Layout of the house with bedroom placements was great for a mixed family of adults and a 2 yr old. The pool was amazing and the beach was a short drive down the main road. Will definitely stay here again. Host was easy to communicate with. Great Vacation!

Family get together

We all had a wonderful time! The house comfortably accommodated all five of us, and the yard was perfect for our little dog. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach, capturing beautiful sunrise photos, and the bay was also within walking distance for another stunning sunset view. The host was kind and quickly responded to all our questions.

Indian harbor

Yearly my siblings/spouses go on vacation. The house accommodated all 9 of us. The was enough great indoor and outdoor spaces that we didn’t feel crowded. We do a lot of cooking and the grill had an issue. But we reached out to let them know and that same day a new grill was delivered. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the house.

Great area and lots to do!

House was great for our multi-generational family. Easy check-in and house was very clean. There are several stairs but that didn’t bother us at all. We liked the different levels. Only issue we has was pool was not clean. Full of debris and algae on the walls. The property manager responded it was cleaned the day before but it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The pool cleaners came in middle of week and left an open bottle of chemicals sitting next to pool. I think they need a different pool cleaning company! Otherwise, house was well stocked. We were grateful there was TP and paper towels. Very helpful. Area was very safe and lots to do. Traffic much less than Orlando area. Less than half mile walk to beach. Home had 6 beach chairs which were much appreciated! Saw 2 space shuttle launches. Zoo in Melbourne fun for kids. Great on a rainy day was a place called Route 7. Had indoor go kart, arcade, zip line, great food. Kids had a blast! That’s what it’s all about.

Very nice place

The house was good for us. It needed landscaping and a little work to fix up the exterior. The lawn was never cut and the pool was a bit dirty. The vacuum for the pool was broken. The pool itself was great! Water was warm. Plenty of towels provided. Overall a nice place to stay The location is perfect

Fantastic time!

This is a wonderful property in a great location! When I arrived, the air conditioning was on, and there was water in the refrigerator for us. It was greatly appreciated after a long trip! There were directions on the fridge to let us know when the lawn people would be there so we could keep the dogs inside. All around fabulous time!

Very Nice Home

Booked this because it had a heated pool. We were notified that pool was inoperable and unavailable for our stay. We were very disappointed. They did give us a discounted rate and were very apologetic. Overall it was a nice stay just wish we could’ve used the pool.

Good location for younger adults

Rented this location due to proximity to family and location where we were hosting a 90th Surprise Birthday party. We were excited based on the photos as they showed a double oven in the kitchen which would help in our preparations before the event. However, the pictures were a bit deceiving as they were not full size ovens. Despite this we were able to cook 6 half rays of Ziti, 10+lbs of spaghetti and prep chicken and meatballs in about 6 hours. There were numerous stairs in the house which are not represented in the photos. This house is not ideal for older adults or anyone with mobility issues as there are stairs to every part of the house. Would recommend bringing your own games in case of rain as there are no games in the house for a rainy afternoon. All in all a good place to rent for younger adults or a short trip.

Everything we wanted and more

We will absolutely be staying with evolve again. We loved everything about our rental. They truly do think of everything. There were and abundance of towels which was so important because we spent 90% of our time in their stunning pool. Washer and dryer was a life saver. The kiddos absolutely loved their room. There was absolutely nothing we'd change about the property. We will be renting again. Our host was amazing and immediately had our wifi fixed when there was an outage in the area. She was so incredibly nice and helpful. They have a psck n play amd high chair at the property that helped tremendously with travel.
