Had a pleasant stay. House was clean. King and Queen matresses were comfortable...twin beds not very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. Location was perfect! Thanks!

Nice place for our long stay!!

Nice home in area that is near whatever you need! Other homes in area were not so pleasant to the eye, but no problems with noise etc.

Clean, roomy and convenient

Great space for 4-5 guys in town for an ultimate tournament. Plenty of beds, clean rooms. Coffee and snacks an unexpected bonus!

Fantastic Stay

The house had everything and more. Very clean and well organized,very comfortable .We had one little issue but host came right over and took care of it immediately. The location of the property was great,only a few minutes away from Longboat Key with fantastic restaurants and scenic views. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone , and planning on booking another week at this residence in the fall. 5 Star rating Nick S

Convenient to IMG but needs updating

The place was clean and the beds were comfortable so that is a win. It is out dated and could use some updates (cabinets, master bath, etc.), but for the neighborhood it's in I could see why that might not make sense from a price point. It met our needs, but for the money we would not stay again. The master bath was probably the biggest negative. With a loud pocket door you wouldn't close it if you had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, but the toilet is right there so it was odd. The water pressure was super hard which was actually nice, but water got everywhere because of it also. No wine glasses. Owner was responsive when my husband mentioned a gap near the roof. He said the roof was being fixed in a couple weeks. The convenience to IMG was a plus despite the traffic. Some upgrades could easily make this a 5 star location.

Superb stay!

It’s our second time staying in Bradenton at John’s property. The location of the house is outstanding, with the Sarasota/Bradenton airport, downtown Bradenton, IMG Academy, and a wide array of shops, restaurants, etc. within a 10 mile radius. The property itself has driveway, and is spacious enough to house 4-6 people. All necessary amenities are present, including the ability to do laundry. A cool touch are the popcorn, peanuts, and coffee (and all necessary condiments in case one wants to use the kitchen and cook).Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!
