This is a lovely residential neighborhood so please be respectful of them by not making noise outside after 10 pm, it is also a City of Joondalup ordinance there be no noise outside after 10 pm.

The house is a peaceful place for families and travellers to relax. Not a house for groups to become highly intoxicated and disturb the neighbours. We have very strict anti party rules. Due to past problems we have had to adopt a zero tolerance policy for rule all violations. We do not allow parties or events or noise outside past 10pm.

You must be 25 years or older to book the property. Proof of age verification in the form of an ID may be requested prior to approval.
