This magnificent fully air conditioned and renovated home captures stunning mountain views from the rear entertaining area and overlooks the sparkling in-ground pool. Elevated and established. Fantastic layout with large living area downstairs with gorgeous flooring, modern kitchen with quality appliances, stone bench-tops, new bathroom with bathtub + shower and spacious outdoor entertainment area. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and stunning bathroom with double vanity, shower and separate toilet.

- 2 modern bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and bathtub (downstairs bathroom)
- Modern kitchen and quality appliances. Stone benchtops, kitchen overlooking the outdoor entertainment area

- Single carport with remote controlled roller door
- Guest safe under the microwave. Guests can set their passwords.

Guests will have access to the whole house apart from 1 garage which is locked
We live in Cairns City and will be contactable to our guests via the Airbnb app messaging system and mobile (call or sms) as well
This is a quiet residential neighborhood, please do not make excessive nosie after 9pm and strictly no parties.
Parking for 1 vehicle in enclosed carport, with remote controlled roller door.
Also space for another vehicle on the driveway and street parking is free.

Children must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area at all times. No glass in pool area.

COVID safety measures: before leaving / checking out, please put all rubbish including food scraps in the rubbish bins (yellow bin is for recyclable items). Please load and start the dishwasher with all used cutlery, crockery, pots & pans. Also please clean the BBQ (if used). All cleaning tools are provided.

We are Tomoka and Brian, a multicultural Australian couple, living in this beautiful tropical paradise. Our roots our diverse, Tomoka is from Japan, Brian is Hungarian. We decided to move to sunny Australia and live our lives next to the Coral Sea and the Great Barrier Reef in 2012 and been enjoying it since :)
