Summary:
Located in the heart of Auckland, perfectly placed for business & play. An incredible range of restaurants, easy eats, bars, cafes & shops all within walking distance, a quick bus/train or short Uber ride.

The Space:
This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is bright, beautifully decorated and has a large private balcony with a dining table and lounge. There is also a free allocated carpark in the building!

You'll find everything you need in this open-plan space. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals. *Please note - there is no microwave.
The lounge area has two couches and a smart TV - plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day of exploring!

Both bedrooms have a queen size bed and plenty of closet storage. One room also has a small, height adjustable desk and stool. In a separate room, there is a washer/dryer free for your use.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

Queen St is the main road of our city and is home to many shops, bars and restaurants, and much more to those that explore.
- Ponsonby (15min walk) – Auckland's always-on mixing pot of cheap eats, posh nosh, in-your-face art, world-class shopping and innovative business.
- Kingsland (15min walk) – Auckland’s hip residential neighbourhood. Home to great bars, brewpubs, cafes, restaurants and the mighty Eden Park. This is one suburb knows how to show the visitors to Auckland a good time.
- Newmarket (20min walk) – the premier district for shopping & entertainment in New Zealand with a variety of shops and stores.
- Eden Park Stadium (25min walk) – hosts domestic and international cricket and rugby matches.
- Britomart (25min walk) – designer boutiques, award-winning eateries, bars, health, beauty and offices set within some of Auckland's oldest buildings and newest architecture.
- The Viaduct (30min walk or bus/taxi) – with over 30 bars and restaurants to choose from in one waterfront destination, The Viaduct is a superb place to dine or relax and watch the world go by.

- Coffee Pen – greatest little cafe, 50m walk on the corner of Dundonald St. The best coffee & most delicious bites.
- Goodness Gracious – only 100m away. 2nd best coffee & amazing bagels. Great for brunch.
- Bestie Cafe on Karangahape Rd – in St Kevin’s arcade, filled with other great eats and second hand shops!
- Daily Daily also on Karangahape Rd - Great little specialist coffee bar!

- Bar Celeste - perfect for a cheeky wine and chic meal.
- Madam George - best cocktails on K Road for sure!
- Bozo - moody little Gin & Craft Beer Bar.
- Cocos Cantina - bustling cantina with an excellent cocktail menu with a local twist on Italian.
- Gemmayze St - incredible Lebanese cuisine, cosy vibes in St Kevin’s Arcade (a must-visit).

Within 5mins walk, there are many buses and trains taking you to pretty much any part of Auckland. Your maps app is your friend!

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from our Zodiak office in Auckland Central (the full address Level 2, Unit A210/52 Courthouse Lane, Auckland CBD), which is a 25 minute walk or 8 min drive away from the apartment. We provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. This is a different location to the property you’ll be staying at. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We also have free WiFi access at our office in case you need the internet to contact us. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this property. There is a car lift that you will have to use in order to access your carpark space. The weight limit is 3000kg and height limit of 2 meters. Please make sure your vehicle fits these requirements before entering carpark.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
