Summary:
Welcome to our spacious brick house, perfect for up to 24 guests! It features 5 cozy bedrooms—one with bunk beds and four with double beds—along with 4 modern bathrooms. Two living room sofa beds provide extra sleeping space for family and friends. Enjoy relaxing together while watching Roku TV or cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with an elegant countertop and island. Our cozy patio and grill offer a peaceful escape. The Space:
Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. There are a few steps to reach the front door and once you get inside, you will discover an open-layout house design with a spacious well-lit living and dining room on the right. There is a bedroom on the left part of the house and a hallway that leads to the other bedrooms and full bathrooms.

Outside the house is a patio with a table, chairs, and a BBQ grill.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located on the West of Columbia near supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure parks. Only 7 minutes to go to Lexington Medical Center and a 10 min drive to Columbia Metropolitan Airport!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

Ramshackle Residence

Beware! The pictures of this place are not a true representation of what this place looks like. The neighborhood is quiet, but a little sketchy-looking. The website photos make it appear there is a decent, green yard. That is not the case. The outside is dumpy and overgrown. It is directly across the street from some sort of equipment yard.The home has lots of space for a big group, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The rest of the house was disgusting. I don't think the baseboards have been wiped in a decade. There were lots of bathrooms, which was great, but they also were not well cleaned. The place is run-down. It's not something that happened overnight. The floor is caving near the kitchen sink, maintaining the property. The surfaces of the place were cleaned- tables counters. The rest of the place is a wreck -Patched places in the shower, a thick layer of dirt and grime and hairs on every inch of the baseboards in the whole house Several cabinets/drawers in the kitchen are broken. Even the counter is slanted to the point that the microwave door won't open all the way because it gets stuck on the uneven counter. Some of the windows DO NOT have locks on them. One of the ladies in our group stepped on glass on the dirty livingroom rug.(not from us) I reached out to our owner, but all they wanted was pictures and to file an incident report, and to come to the property while we were not there, which I refused. Basic security like lockable windows is nonnegotiable.E

Renter BEWARE - Read This First

If I could give less stars I would. The images are a complete misrepresentation of what this house actually is. It is not a clean and modern home but an old house that isn’t cleaned well and the owner does not care about updating this property at all.If you took the chance and booked. Email the owner now and then call VRBO support immediately or you’ll be out of luck on a refund or any money back.The AC doesn’t work. The temperature climbed to 77 in March after sundown. The owner blamed me and said because I turned the AC to auto (after 11:30 PM) that is why it did not cool down.Bathrooms are all old and not cleaned well at all. Tubs had hair all inside of them and in multiple bathrooms there is mold in the bath faucet handle as well as in the caulking. When pictures were sent the owner told VRBO it wasn’t that bad. Under the toilet seats were also very gross. The mirrors are all rusting (cosmetic, but it shows you the owner doesn’t care or take pride in the home).Something caked under the table runner in the dining room. Like the table had just been surfaced cleaned without anything being lifted. The dishes were not clean. And the fridge had not been wiped out at all before our stay.The communication was horrible. I reached out prior to our stay because of a bad review with concerns of cleanliness and the owner reassured me that everything would be fixed and clean before our stay. It was not. Then proceeded to act dumb or gas light me. Don’t stay here.
