The view out the window of the suite is not th same as the listingThe suite was in need of maintenance.Baseboards missing,a broken light fixture Loose plumbing. The bed cloths were old There had been a major flood that knocked out two of the three elevators.Causing long waits to get to and from the suiteWall paper was peeling off the walls of the hallway leading to the suite.None of these issues were communicated by the host prior to arrival.I took the suite because it was close to where I was working in Toronto, but will not stay there again.Not worth the money charged.

Some difficulty checking in as the concierge had the wrong dates, but it was resolved within 20 minutes. The unit was similar to the pictures but not entirely accurate. Overall the location and price made it a worthwhile stay.

Very disappointing experience. On the morning of check-in, the host relocated us to another building due to a supposed plumbing issue, yet the Vrbo reservation was never updated. We were told amenities would remain the same, but building staff confirmed short-term guests cannot use the pool, gym, or hot tub — the main reason we booked. After that, the host ignored all calls and messages. Looking at reviews, this seems to be a repeated pattern. I would strongly caution others before booking.

The place was nice but nothing like what I had booked. I remembered booking for a location on the 20th floor, facing the CN tower but ours was on the 10th floor instead. The layout was completely different as well, and unfortunately the pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable. But the place is extremely well located, I loved watching the city from the window.Great and friendly communication. :)

the trip that NEVER was

Owner cancelled reservation 4 hours before our stay. Never responded to any of my texts via vrbo leading up to stay. I had tried to communicate with him 3 days prior and never heard back. Horrible experience. However vrbo helped after an dee were able to find another place trough expedia last minute.

Il est impossible pour moi de donner mon avis puisque l'hote a annulé ma reservation quelques heures avant mon arrivé.... jai du trouver une autre place puisque j'arrivais de 10 heures de route tres mauvaise experience jai donc fait affaire avec airbnb et j'ai eu un super service. Je nai jamais eu de reponse de l'hote meme apres lui avoir ecrit avant mon sejour. Le seul message recu fut l'annulation de ma reservation a minuit la veille se mon arrivé

The location was very convenient to allow exploration of downtown Toronto. 1 block away from the Convention center and CN tower. Transit is within a short walk and many restaurants and shops nearby. Perfect location for a weekend trip!

Cancelled as we arrived at baggage claim, so 5 hours after normal check in time, and it cost me over $800 extra to get a last minute hotel in a close neighborhood. very unreliable and they claimed that there was a natural disaster, ha ha ha ha ha.. what a lie

Went to Toronto to see Taylor Swift and this condo could not have been any closer to the action. Perfect apartment in a perfect location. Highly recommend!

Last minute substitute VRBO

Now that we have returned home I can relax and tell you all about the VRBO experience. The host contacted us the day we were scheduled to check in to say there was a plumbing problem and it was not resolved in time for us. This was extremely stressful not hearing from the host until the last minute. The host said he had another apartment for us to use instead. Due to the last minute notice we took it. Unfortunately, It was not what we were expecting or paid for. This review is for the substitute VRBO. The condo was very, very run down with the doors, walls and furniture in terrible shape. The entire place with out dated. The carpet was old and stained. There was no access to a gym or pool like the original VRBO we paid for. There was a plate in the microwave with old food on it. The handle on the kitchen sink came right off. We were only able to use the TV for Netflix. The screen for the sliding door was old and in bad shape. Both the tub and bathroom sink did not drain properly. They used plastic command hooks for the bathroom towels which did not hold. If you compare to the original this is very low rated. The original VRBO looked modern, had a gym and pool and we paid for all the these amenities. We would like to receive some compensation for the disappointing apartment the host set us in at the last minute. Mary and Jordan

Good location

Good location and good gym, the rest needs a better description. It is not a two bedroom but rather it has two beds, one of which is in the living room/kitchen area with screens as dividers. It is very tight living area with a bed in the corner.
