Quiet double glazed guest house in a private garden setting - enjoy the Tui constantly flying through the area. Ideally situated only a short drive to Chartwell Square, the Base, Hamilton Gardens and with easy access to the expressway.

Kitchenette - electric hob, benchtop oven,
microwave, Kettle, toaster. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided.
Front loader washing machine and drying rack.
Gas heating, electric blanket.

Parking outside gate on street (quiet cul de sac).

Quiet and clean property

From the beginning the communication with Joy, our gracious host, was excellent and very informative. The property was very nice and clean with a beautiful back yard where you can relax. Sanctuary in the Suburbs

Feels like a home-away-from-home. Comforting to be in a place which is light, airy, quiet and has everything I need when travelling to Hamilton for a couple of weeks. Not too far from city centre or shopping precincts.I met one of the hosts, Joy, who is friendly and welcoming. She responds to messages promptly. It was lovely arriving to find some yummy fresh tomatoes from the garden.I highly recommend this place.garden.

Excellent 2 Week stay in New Zealand

I recently travelled to New Zealand for a work trip and had the pleasure of staying at this property for 2 weeks. There was tons of space with the large living room + attached kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. All finishes and fixtures were very modern/new and the overall feel was very comfortable. There is a gated entry that provides extra privacy/security. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a similar stay. Thank you!

Delightfully Cozy Nest

Joy's place was a real gem! It was all we hoped it would be for our short stay in Hamilton--quiet neighborhood, pristine premises set in a lovely garden area, everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Joy was very prompt in all her communications, and so helpful in making suggestions for things to see and restaurant recs. We would stay there again anytime we were in the area. Thank you Joy!

Great Stay

This was the perfect place to stay. Easy to come and go from, convenient location and peaceful. Even though the listing looks nice, we were still blown away at how nice the place actually was. Tidy, clean, spacious and had everything we needed.
