Detta ett sovrum apt. sover upp till 4 bekvÀmt. Sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng som just byttes ut 2017 medan vardagsrummet har sova i 2 till pÄ tvÄ enkel bÀddsoffa och halvor köpta under 2019. Den har ett komplett kök, liksom bakdÀck, w / bbq-grill och bord med 4 stolar för uteservering. Det finns en utomhusdusch för att skölja bort efter stranden. Vi har ett par strandstolar för anvÀndning tillsammans med nÄgra strandleksaker och en barnvagn för att kartla saker till stranden. Det Àr en lÀtt promenad till stranden (6/10 mil exakt) om du har mycket utrustning, nÄgon kan slÀppa av familjen och sedan gÄ ner för att möta upp pÄ stranden.
Det finns en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i apt. TV med videobandspelare och begrÀnsade kanaler, Àven Wifi Àr tillgÀngligt.
Även 12 000 BTU-fönsterenhet A / C för Living, köksomrĂ„de som nyligen tillkom 2019 och en annan mindre för sovrum.

Carol was a fantastic host, and the apartment was lovely. It was one of the best equipped places we’ve ever stayed. Very private, and great access to town and beach.

Property was in a good location, walking distance to the beach. There is off-street parking and I appreciated the beach supplies (chairs, etc) provided. Host communicated all details and it was an easy stay.

This is our family's second summer at Carol's! We love the house, it's perfectly sized for our family of 4 (two little kids who fit perfectly to sleep on pullouts). Carol keeps the place very clean, well stocked with everything you might need, and is immediately responsive to any questions or concerns! The convenience of distance to Good Harbor beach is undeniable, with easy morning car drop-offs at the foot bridge and only a 15 min walk after dropping the car back at the house. We love staying here!

Perfect Summer Getaway

I am a life long resident of Cape Ann, only moving out of state a couple of years ago. Carol’s rental was the perfect spot to return to my hometown to visit friends and family. Everything was perfect. I was even able to bring my Labrador along for my stay. Looking forward to staying again next summer.

Great apartment in a convenient location

Spacious one-bedroom, lots of sunlight, well furnished (except for lacking a kettle). Walking distance from the water, convenient to supermarket and restaurants. The street is very dark at night, and we had to ask a neighbor if we had arrived at the right house. Then as we were unloading the car, a delivery driver had to ask the same neighbor for another address on the street.

The right place

This was my first time renting a place like this. I can’t imagine it gets any easier than the property owner made it for us. When we arrived, the keys in a packet of information was on the table even a nice list of places to get you started in the small town. The house is located on a nice quiet street. We came to this town to go exploring out beyond Gloucester. The house had everything you needed. Just bring your family and groceries. The neighbors were even friendly and gave advice on where to go. I will be running this house again.

Feels Like Home

This place felt like home from the moment we walked in. Well equipped with anything you might need. Very cozy, comfortable bed/bedding. Easy parking. Nice back deck to hang out on. And the Gloucester area is very quaint and fun to explore. Easy to drive into Boston for the day.

Awesome week getaway

This place is lovely. We stayed w our two kiddos under 6, pull-out bedding was just right for kids. Place was comfortable, spacious, clean, and a perfect walk/drop-off distance to our favorite beach! Wonderful week spent here w a family of four!

Relaxing

I had a great stay in Gloucester. The apartment was a perfect getaway from the city. Carol is a friendly and helpful host. She responded promptly to questions and gave me suggestions about places to go with my dog. I enjoyed my stay so much that I plan to go back.

A wonderful retreat

I had a perfectly lovely stay. Every comfort you look for was there- a really lovely kitchen and comfortable bed, storage, nice bath, washer and dryer. And light filled rooms. And just up the street from every Gloucester attraction including Good Harbor Beach ! The Allen’s were very eager to make sure all was happy for me. I will rent again in the spring.

Everything you need

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including games for the kids. We were greeted by the owner with a quick walk through and homemade banana bread on the table. We were there for two weeks and completely enjoyed our stay, so did our fur babies. Nice deck to enjoy if weather permits. Will definitely book again and refer to family and friends.

We chose this property because of the location. It is only 1/2 mile to Good Harbor Beach, we can go out the door and have a beautiful walk/jog, bike ride, fish,swim, etc. without having to get in the car. Convenient to downtown.
