Elevator and Stairs Access - Please note this is a two-storey home with elevator and stairs access between the entry and upper bedroom level, as well as the main living level below. There are also steps from the balcony deck to the pool, spa & garden area.
Swimming Pool - The pool is heated with a swimming season that typically extends from late October until late April.
Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or 1pm where the option of early check-in has been purchased. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).
No noise that has the potential to disturb neighbours shall be made at any time during the designated âquiet hoursâ of 9:00pm and 8:00am.
Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
**Cancellation Policy**:
- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
