You will find luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout with granite or quartz in the kitchen and bathrooms, entertaining spaces, an elevator, a private pool with tiered decking, indoor/outdoor hot tub, and multiple indoor/outdoor spaces for entertaining. The top level greets you with a wall of windows for an incredible ocean view. The kitchen has two islands; one has the sink and prep area so the cooks can enjoy the view and be a part of the family while preparing meals. A longer multi-use social bar is perfect for setting up beverages. Two full size refrigerators plus a wine cooler offer room for your entertaining needs. The sitting area by the great room has 180-degree views. All bedrooms are master suites with private baths.

The ground level has activities for everyone. The home theater has seating for 12 and a 60" HD Smart TV for movies, games, and streaming. All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
