The Space:
With walking distance to the beach and amazing sunset view is the recently built and very well-equipped Villa AKA. Villa AKA consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which has an underwater view in the heated swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of Corossol, Villa AKA is located less than 5 min by car from the beach, 5 min from Gustavia with its port, shops, bars and restaurants and from the airport of St Jean.Â
Composed of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a swimming pool, the Villa is perfectly equipped to accommodate a family or friends traveling together. The Villa AKA is the place to enjoy the BUCKET REGATTA and all the boat races. Walking distance to the beach, small supermarket, local restaurantÂ
The rooms are located on the second floor of the villa, which can be reached by a long staircase from the parking lot. The large open-plan main room, modern kitchen, dining room, TV corner and guest bathroom are on the second floor and can be fully air-conditioned.Â
The master bedroom has an underwater window overlooking the pool, a European king-size bed, an Apple TV, a large closet and an open bathroom with shower and jet tub. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom in a corridor. The first bedroom is equipped with a European double bed and the second one is smaller and has a queen size bed.Â
The Villa AKA is an excellent property for a family with children wishing to enjoy a sweet vacation in St Barth!
