This one-bed executive-ready apartment, with allocated indoor parking included, is located in a luxury building featuring a shared in-building gym, sauna and steam room and a stunning view of the South Yarra skyline from the apartment's private balcony. The bedroom has a queen bed and the kitchen features everything you're likely to need for cooking when you're away from home. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment for guest use.

Unusually, the dividing wall between the bedroom can be closed or opened depending on your needs and preferences. Most guests leave it open for a greater feeling of spaciousness and ease of access into the living area.

Situated at the end of Clara Street, this building is close to Toorak Road and CHapel Street as well as being just a few minutes walk from the nearest shopping centre where you'll find shops like Woolworths, BWS, Priceline and Big W. South Yarra train station is also just five minutes walk away giving direct access to the city centre and other Melbourne suburbs.

Free wireless internet is included for guest use and all streaming services are available on the tv for you to log in with your own account. Also provided in the desk area is a computer monitor with various HDMI to laptop adaptors and wireless/bluetooth key board and mouse to make those needing to work from home as efficient as possible.

Allocated underground parking is included for one vehicle. Height limit of 2.2m.

As this is a luxury building with discerning residents the no party rule is strictly enforced and in the event any noise complaints are received as a result of guest actions the booking will be terminated immediately with guests expected to vacate there and then.

All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and detailed information so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. All bedding and towels are included for 2 people as booked (note one bath towel per person) along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.

Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment.

This is a quiet building and we expect all guests to be considerate of the neighbours. Please treat the apartment as your own but please no wild parties. We kindly ask guests to wash and put away all used items from the kitchen and leave any rubbish in the rubbish chute when they leave.

Prior to arrival, like staying in a hotel, we ask guests to fill in a registration form to ensure we have full contact details for them. This form also provides more information to ensure you can get a 5 star review for your stay.

Please note, guests are to sleep on beds only; using the sofa as a bed is not accepted. If it seems guests have used the sofa as an additional bed then furniture cleaning and sanitation charges will apply.

Perfect!

Property is just as it looks, sunny and bright even on a cloudy day. You can walk to restaurants, super markets, green market, tram, train, lovely shops, parks, river, Botanical gardens, etc. Best of all, James was super responsive for any and all of my questions, just a delightful host. I can't say enough good things about this property and it's host. I stayed for a month and was so happy to have chosen this property.
