This 3-bedroom upper-unit home in Kitchener offers a stylish and comfortable stay for up to 7 guests. It comes with a 65" TV with Netflix for entertainment, one modern washroom for convenience, and two parking spots for guests with cars. The three queen beds and couch ensure a good night's sleep, and the huge backyard is perfect for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. With a perfect combination of style, comfort, and convenience, this home is an ideal choice for your next stay in Kitchener.

The space:
Our home consists of 3 bedrooms each equipped with a queen sized bed and a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Our amenities are listed below in detail:

- 3 Queen Beds
- 65” Smart TV (equipped with Netflix and Prime Video)
- High Speed Wi-Fi
- Free Ensuite Washer and Dryer
- Free Parking for 2 vehicles (Driveway and Carport)
- Fully equipped kitchen (including pots, pans, utensils set, dinnerware, and cutlery)
- Fully stocked bathroom (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh linens/towels)
- Keurig coffee machine along with complimentary tea & coffee

Guest access
We provide a secure and seamless check-in process via a Number Pad using a code created specifically for you. Guests also have access to a full, private backyard perfect for activities with family, friends and pets!
Other things to note
1. No parties are permitted.
2. No unauthorized guests are permitted.
3. No smoking of any kind inside the home ($500 smoking fee in effect).
4. Check-In: 3:00PM & Check-Out: 10:00AM (Self check-in is available).

If guests fail to checkout at 10am (unless otherwise agreed upon), charges for waiting time of housekeepers will be passed on to guests which is $50 after 11am.

Please note there are cameras on the exterior of the home facing away from the home actively recording 24/7. There is also a noise detector in the living room which determines how loud the home is based on decibel levels but does not record any audio.

Please note once again there is NO access to the basement.

Perfect place for girls’ trip

4 friends stayed here to take part in the Oktoberfest weekend. The house has nicely updated decor and appliances. Beds are comfy. We didn’t see wifi info, but since we were only there for one night, we really didn’t care that much. A nice, clean place and an easy checkin.
