Guest access:
Parking is very easy right in front of the house with three car spots, two under the shade; it takes just over 1 hour if departing from Sydney.
Guests have access to the whole house except the workshop, a small room and a cupboards that are used for storage.
Property Rules:
Please read our house rules carefully before booking. We have a non party policy which is strictly enforced. This is the perfect place to visit with your family and friends if you want to chill and relax. This property has a strict no event or party of any kind policy.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups of travellers where all guests are under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families.
Number of guests: The property sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with the possibility to extend up to 9 with new sofa bed - please request for confirmation.
Supplies: We provide shower gel & shampoo in all bathrooms as well as a selection of tea, coffee, sugar, and various spices in the kitchen, as well as laundry and dishwashing supplies.
Fresh towels and linen provided
BBQ set is provided however we donât stock up the gas bottles due to previous incidents, if you are planning to use the facility, please bring the gas bottle along - the BBQ is clean and ready to use for next guests
Smoking is not allowed on the property.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Please particularly keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Security: The property has security cameras situated at the front entrance of the house. These cameras are operating on a 24/7 basis.
Safety: The property has a spa with a protection cover; however caution is advised and children must be supervised at all times.
Pet Policy: This property does not allow any kind of pets.
