ABOUT THE SPACE
Ballarat stands true to its name and is the perfect place to rest after exploring the Hunter Valley. Located only two minutes from Cessnock CBD and five minutes from all Pokolbin has to offer, everything you need, and more is right on your doorstep.
THE SPACE
This four-bedroom property has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay for the family, a group of friends or singles. Located two minutes from Cessnock CBD you can leave the car at home and explore Cessnock on foot.
The property sits on the main road, yet the location is fabulous for exploring the region. Turn left out of the driveway and you head into Pokolbin where you can taste the many delights the Hunter Valley has on offer. Cessnock, Wollombi, and other historical towns in the area to explore. Turn right and you head into Cessnock cbd.
- 4 BEDROOM HOUSE â (all with built in storage) two rooms with queen size beds, and two with king beds
- Master bedroom has an ensuite with walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity.
- Smart TV with free Wi-Fi.
- Bathroom with Shower, bath, vanity, and toilet.
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and more.
- Laundry with washing machine, dryer, and clothesline in the side garden.
- Ducted Air-conditioning throughout the property.
- Lovely rear fenced private yard for everyone to enjoy.
After a day exploring the Hunter Valley relax out the back with a glass of your favourite beverage be it a coffee, tea, a fragrant Hunter Valley wine or a boutique beer from one of the local distilleries, whilst you decide what is for dinner.
Dinner choices are extensive being within easy walking distance to the main precinct of Cessnock or catch a Taxi or Uber and indulge at one of the award-winning restaurants within minutes of the property in the Hunter Valley.
As you will find Ballarat is perfectly located regardless of what you want to do. With easy access to the Hunter Valley and the many attractions the region has to offer, or a trip into the beaches of Newcastle you wonât be disappointed.

As âBallaratâ is in a residential area, we have a strict 'No parties or Events' policy and ask that all guests respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly at night.
~Guest access~
Guests will have access to the whole house. Whilst some cupboards are locked, this in no way inhibits a guests stay or use of the property.
~Other things to note~
Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, toilet paper and the like have been provided. Kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, cling wrap etc.). Milk is not supplied as everyone's preferences are different. During your stay, these will not be replenished, so if you require more of these items you will have to purchase them.
No pool/beach towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own.
The property is on a busy main road. Whilst the house is quiet inside, some may find that they can hear the traffic outside.
The property does not provide top/flat sheets. If you would like these, you would need to bring them with you.
