The Space:
The space is perfectly designed and arranged to suite your group! Ample seating, open floor plan, 3 bedrooms and 4 total queen beds! 2 full bathrooms round out the spacious and thoughtful interior of the home! Enjoy the new kitchen with friends and family, where everyone can gather in this flexible open space! When the good times beg to head outdoors - unwind and enjoy the incredibly thoughtful and versatile backyard! BRAND NEW Hot tub - natural gas fire pit, or hang out while the grill master does their thing!

Close enough to NuLu, plenty of room, everything worked. Nice hot tub in the back, but the weather was too hot for us to get in. Maybe next time! Big kitchen and easy check-in.

Great stay

Exactly what we needed for the weekend. Easy walk to NULU. On a side street, so you have to walk a block before it becomes a well travelled area.

This place is awesome

We came to visit for a volleyball tournament. We stayed with three moms and three teen girls and this house was perfect! There was something for everyone, and the place was super cute! We would definitely come back!

Say yes to this property!

This was such a cute house. The beds were comfortable & it was in a great location! Before staying we didn’t know what NuLu was. Let me tell you it is such a cute area full of unique shops and restaurants. We highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay with some internal exceptions. Some lights didn't work, there was unknown sticky substances in the laundry area. Didn't have many kitchen dishes and nothing to clean the little dishes they had. Place was very hot on the second floor but otherwise the stay was perfect.

Great home, very cozy and quaint. Location very close to several restaurants and bars. Need to reinstall towel racks in both bathrooms, holes in wall where they used to be. Could also have a few extra towels for hot tub and hand towels for kitchen/bath, only had one. Host never responded to question about non working fan and light in one of the bedrooms, we just went and purchased a fan. Overall very nice stay and cute home. We would stay again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Nice Place

It was a quiet road within walking distance to downtown and a bunch of spots within blocks including breweries and food. The drains did not flow very well and water would sit in the tub and shower like it was fully clogged and the water pressure was very low. The lights were also different and had trouble turning them on like you had to have a mixture of switches on for them to work with no direction. Overall it’s a nice place to stay and the house is as shown by the pictures!

Great house poor communication

The house is as advertised and there was plenty of room for everyone. The hottub was locked out at 99° so was more like a warm bath. I reached out to the owners to ask some questions while we were staying there and never got any response.

Not what I expected

While this was a great location, the place was not great and the communication from the property manager was absolutely AWFUL. It was incredibly hot outside and it seems the AC was having trouble keeping up. The thermostat was different than any I've used before and when I reached out to the property manager for assistance on how to work it, he said, "just like any other thermostat" and gave no guidance. It was condescending and not helpful. The first floor tub wasn't clean. I reached out on the following and received no response: One of the benches at the fire pit was broken and a clear hazard. (Not so pressing but wanted him to be aware.) Two of the hot tub jets didn't work and the temperature wouldn't get past 90 degrees. The hot tub was a major part of our decision to rent the property. Some of the lights around the home wouldn't come on, which was terrible at night. I believe in giving grace when things won't work, but the lack of responsiveness was incredibly disappointing.
