This charming Burswood home enjoys a prime location near Crown Casino and Optus Stadium. It is the perfect house for a family getaway providing ample space for families or friends to unwind and relax. Enjoy a walk to the swan river foreshore with breathtaking views of the Optus bridge and the City skyline. This home offers a range of relaxing spaces, a contemporary kitchen, and three cozy, welcoming bedrooms. Enjoy all Perth has to offer just minutes away, or simply relax at this wonderful abode.
This two-storey dwelling offers an amazing setting, where the living and dining areas lead out to the patio, the ideal spot for outdoor meals. Equipped with the most up-to-date kitchen appliances, such as a fridge, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher and bonus wine fridge, the kitchen has all that is necessary for an enjoyable holiday.
You can opt for either of the two outdoor lounging areas: one in the garden and the other on the first-floor balcony.The residence provides a sleeping capacity of up to six people, featuring three bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a queen-size bed and direct access to the balcony, while the third room holds a double bed and the same access.
The main bathroom contains a luxurious full-sized bathtub, double vanity and shower. In addition, a separate downstairs bathroom has a shower, second toilet and vanity and is also supplied with a washing machine, allowing a convenient and stress-free stay.
Secure parking is available for one car on the premises and free street parking is also available.Please be mindful of local parking restrictions and regulations.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire property to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

This property although close to the City, Crown and Optus stadium is ideally situated on a peaceful, quiet street lined with tall, majestic maple trees and yet only a hop, skip and a jump to public transport. It has everything you need for a perfect stay.
This property has parking for 1 large or 2 small vehicles in a dedicated car port /driveway. Street parking is available however some restrictions apply and we urge guests to carefully read the neighbourhood parking signs.
This property is located 700m or 2 min walk to Victoria Park Train Station ensuring easy access to Crown Casino, Optus Stadium and of course Perth CBD.

Property to Optus Stadium : 2.7 km (5 min) drive.
Property to Crown Casino: 1.4 km (4 min) drive.
