Beach Break is a beautifully designed three-bedroom, two-bathroom modern apartment overlooking Scarborough Beach. Guests can step through sliding doors to their own private balcony, where captivating ocean views await. Fully furnished, this apartment offers all the amenities one could need for a self-catered stay including a Full HD Flat Smart TV, unlimited WiFi, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Welcome to Beach Break, a family-friendly apartment within the Sandcastles complex. Enjoy access to a heated pool, sauna, and BBQ facilities, with secure on-site parking that includes your own dedicated bay plus visitor spaces. Located on the third floor with convenient lift access, this smoke-free building ensures a relaxed and comfortable stay.

To ensure you can make the most of your stay and enjoy the property, I'm always on-hand to provide assistance or answer questions. In addition, I have put together a guest manual with a list of the top shops, cafes, restaurants, and transport options in the area to make your stay even more convenient.

Scarborough Beach is a vibrant stretch of coastline with bustling pedestrian promenades, a children’s adventure playground, art projects, variety of skate bowls, climbing wall, half-court basketball, exercise equipment, amphitheatre and magnificent Sunset Hill. There are many cafés, bars, restaurants and shops and a large range of accommodation from backpacker hostels, affordable family apartments to luxury hotels with ocean views.

All guests are required to read and adhere to the house rules.

Dedicated underground parking height limit is 1.94 metres max.

As part of living in Australia's natural environment, we want to let you know that household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, spiders etc are common in Australia and are more common during the spring and summer seasons. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular spring cleaning, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please feel free to use the bug spray in the kitchen or reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.
