Welcome to Villa Lola! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beautiful new construction home is located on a freshwater canal with an open-concept floorplan and a saltwater electric heated pool. Perfect for families, as it's close to downtown Cape Coral nightlife, shopping, and a short drive to the famous SWFL beaches such as Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands.

Living Room: Upon entering Villa Lola, you are greeted with the modern decor and open floorplan. There is a sectional couch available with a flat-screen smart TV and view of the pool and canal through the sliders.

There is a dining area with seating for six, as well as a separate lounging area in the shade. There are two pool loungers for you to relax on by the pool. There is an outdoor kitchen available with a sink and grill, as well as a propane grill just outside of the screened in lanai for you to make your meals poolside.
