Great place. Well stock and beyond. Performed as advertise. Coming back. Already booked for next vaca, need we say more.owners really communicate well. Close to beach, we had terrible weather- rain and very windy but still had a real good get away.

Awesome house and location

This house was perfect for our family: plenty of room to spread out as well as spending time playing games and eating. Kitchen is well stocked with spices, pots, pans, dishes. We had snacks and drinks for our enjoyment. The beds are the most comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautiful with toiletries, linens, and towels all provided. We had contact with the owner which was great and very prompt. We can’t wait to book again as soon as we can plan another trip. We were literally 2-3 minutes from the beach and one bedroom had an ocean view. The backyard was fenced in and spacious; our dog loved it, and treats, bowls, and toys were available for him as well.

Clean, well stocked and convenient location that worked wonderfully well for two families and a dog

In brief: I'd definitely recommend this house to others. Communication was great, the welcome book was both welcoming and informative so any questions we had were easily answered. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the mid-century modern aesthetic. The house has two good spaces to hang out in - the living room and the sun porch - both with good seating options. Furniture was nice and couches comfortable to sit on. We did a lot of lounging around!We were able to use the kitchen to cook - there were even sharp knives as well as commonly used spices. I know this sounds a bit silly but the little labels on drawers and cabinets were awesome! All I had to do was look at them to find the silverware drawer or the cabinet with plates or ... The beds were comfortable and the linens soft and soothing and we all slept well. The fenced-in backyard was great for the dog and there was even a waste can for dog waste right there. Also appreciated were some dog treats.The backyard also had an outside shower which we definitely took advantage of after trips to the beach.We had two kids with us and the house was kid-friendly, although someone with toddlers might need to move some decorative items to a shelf.We took advantage of being very close to the beach and walked there a couple times a day. Sunset is gorgeous!
