The property has shared outdoor areas and off street parking for 1 car. (Additional parking available on request and subject to availability).
Other things to note
Apt 1 is located at the front of the house and may have some road noise, the driveway does go past this unit so you may occasially hear another guests coming in or out.

There is no closed fencing between the apts but a full perimeter fence around the property.
