Welcome to the Above Vista del Faro Estate on Lake LBJ in Horseshoe Bay- just a short drive from Austin. This stunning custom home features the wide open views through floor to ceiling glass windows/doors so that you are always looking at this amazing view. The gourmet kitchen and catering kitchen are fully stocked. With dining tables and lounge areas in the main living area and just steps away on the covered patio, your group can gather and relax both inside and outside. Watch the game on the patio from the pool or in the upstairs media room. This property is regularly set for 17 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 18 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. 3 night minimum.

Please note: For groups of more than 14 adults, additional approval is required, and a large group fee may apply. We’re happy to accommodate larger groups, but please reach out to discuss your specific needs and ensure a smooth booking process.

CLEANING STANDARDS: ABOVE follows rigorous standards using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols with increased attention to heavily trafficked and high touch areas.
