This spacious and comfy self-contained 2-BEDROOM apartment with city views houses a master bedroom with a queen sized bed. A 2nd bedroom with a double sized bed. A warm and cozy bathroom. A very spacious living area with a 3-seater sofa bed that folds out to a double. A kitchen and dining. Complimentary coffee and tea. A laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron and an ironing board. Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Elizabeth & Franklin St at Fulton Lane Apartments, only a 3min walk to Queen Victoria Market, RMIT or Melbourne Central station with access to everything all under the one roof.

You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.

Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.

If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of Elizabeth & La Trobe St, just a 4min walk away from us.

Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.

No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.

If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min walk away from us.

If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “58 Franklin Street
Melbourne VIC 3000”. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.

If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.

Other Things to Note:
A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the key to you personally.

This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 5th & 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.

Fulton Lane Appartments

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fulton Lane appartments in Melbourne. The check in process was very straight forward, the apartments were outstandingly clean and the facilities (swimming pool, sauna, spa and gym) used daily were very pleasant to use. The host was very helpful in assisting us in obtaining extra crockery and cutlery when needed. I would give the ratings as five stars all round.

The property was grotty , the quality of towels were poor no extra blankets if you were cold . The kitchen equipment was very basic and poor quality . I guess you get what you pay for .The location was very good.
