This three-story townhouse boasts a sleek design, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for up to 5 guests. Each bedroom features a Queen bed with premium linens, complemented by a sofa bed in the living room. The 2 bathrooms are impeccably clean, equipped with plush towels and bidet toilets. Conveniently near popular attractions such as Margaret Mahy Playground and the Avon River, it includes a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi for added convenience.

This tri-level townhouse features an open-plan layout on the ground floor, encompassing the Living, Dining, Kitchen, and outdoor area. The first floor hosts the 1st bedroom with a Queen bed and the main bathroom, while the second floor accommodates the Master bedroom with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. For additional guests, a sofa bed in the living area is available.

Access between floors is via stairs only. The living area is spacious and well-lit, furnished with comfortable seating and a large 50-inch Samsung flatscreen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. The fully equipped kitchen includes essential appliances such as a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining area offers ample seating for shared meals.

We ensure a premium experience with linens and towels provided by Canterbury Linen Service, known for servicing local 5-star hotels. Rest assured, our bedding is professionally laundered to the highest standards, ensuring a luxurious and pristine sleep experience akin to that of a 5-star hotel.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

The Christchurch bus exchange is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk away, providing easy access to all parts of Christchurch through various bus routes. For a smooth experience using the bus system during your visit, we recommend downloading the Moov it app ahead of time.

While staying at the development, you'll find free on-street parking available. However, please be aware that it may get filled up during school/ work hours but generally clears out in the evenings. Don't worry, as the surrounding streets also offer free parking options, so finding a spot nearby should be feasible. Should you require transportation beyond the bus system or have late-night travels, Uber or taxi services are readily accessible 24/7, ensuring a convenient pick-up whenever needed.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
