If your checklist includes great views, a heart-of-the-city location, and plenty of comfort, youâve found the perfect pad in Queen Street icon, CityLife. The elevated position offers tower-framed views to the harbour and down into the excitement and verve of Queen Street. Wake in the morning with a floor-to-ceiling cityscape that promises an unforgettable experience and return at night to the secure comfort of a quality residential building.
Convenient carparking buildings are right next door.
Guests have full and private access to the apartment as well as the gym and pool at the CityLife Hotel.
Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by messaging us through your booking platform. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.
Walking distance to all the CBD attractions. Shows at the Aotea Centre, Town Hall or Sky City Casino, shopping for Prada and Gucci on Queen Street. Cool cafés in High Street, and just an easy walk to the end of Queen Street for the waterfront nightlife.
Visit the Art Gallery, come for a function at one of the universities or attend a business meeting down on Shortland Street, itâs all here.
Britomart train station is a five minute walk and there are bus stops all along Queen St. There are two parking buildings located directly next to the hotel if you are require parking.
The kitchenette has a microwave, refrigerator and tea & coffee available.
There are no washing/drying facilities but this can be organised through the hotel reception or alternatively through a laundromat.
There is NO PARKING PROVIDED with this property however there are two Wilson Carparking buildings directly across the street on Durham Lane.
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- Check in is from 3pm.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 10pm - 8am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- If you lose the swipe cards a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
