The main floor offers two distinct lounges: one at the rear with a wood-burning fireplace and expansive golf course views, and another toward the front with a Smart TV and dedicated workspace. Vaulted ceilings and natural light create a sense of openness, while in-floor heating and air conditioning ensure comfort year-round.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals and relaxed evenings at home. Prepare dinner on the 6-burner gas range or in the double ovens, then serve at the dining table for eight or the breakfast bar for two. The space includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, and cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper.

Sleeping arrangements
On the lower level, the primary suite features a king bed, reading chair, TV, desk, and ensuite with deep soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each include a king split bed that can be arranged as one king or two twin beds. Two separate bathrooms on this level feature a bathtub-shower combo, a glass-enclosed shower, and double vanities. The fifth bedroom is on the main level, offering a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and single vanity, and access to the BBQ deck. A powder room adds convenience.

Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
