It opens onto a sunny private patio with large sliding doors from the family room and the lounge. It is in a new subdivision in Te Awa, and you can walk to Napier Boys High School, the aquarium, Maraenui Golf Course, and a longer walk into town. It is also near magnificent cycle tracks and a short drive to our beautiful vineyards. In the garage, you will find a washing machine and clothes drier. The house has good indoor and outdoor flow from the lounge and family room. It is north-facing, sunny, private, and fully fenced. It has everything you need to have a relaxing, enjoyable holiday all on one level. The house is professionally cleaned between tenants and linen is included.
There is room to park a car with internal access from the garage.
