Located within El Cocotal, Palma Real, one of the most popular and sought-after residential developments in Bavaro, with 36 holes to play, this is your perfect Vacation Home!
The Space:
Your ultimate vacation home! This two-level penthouse apartment offers a spectacular rooftop terrace with a private Picuzzi, perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing while enjoying a drink. As you enter the first level, you'll find the main room with a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a secondary room with a Queen size bed, and a full bathroom that serves the secondary room and the guests. The living room also features a double size sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the items you require for your stay, including utensils for up to 6 people. On the second level of the apartment, which you access through an internal staircase, you'll find a barbecue area, a solarium and a spectacular area with a private Picuzzi and great golf views.
We take pride in providing our guests with the highest quality bedding and towels, custom-made with the finest cotton. For your comfort, we provide A/C in all areas as well as ceiling fans. Smart TVs with IPTV system in the room and main room, and Wi-Fi service are also included in the rental cost.
The residential building has 24-hour security. Additionally, there is an adult swimming pool, a children's pool, and a barbecue area for our guests to enjoy.
And do not forget our BEACH CLUB! All our guests can enjoy a 10% discount and free beach chairs at Huracan Café and The View, the best Beach Club & Restaurant in the area. With spectacular views and a Chill Out atmosphere, this is the place to be! There is a minimum consumption of US$15.00.
Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:
2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day
3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day
All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$400.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED 2 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.

Let's not forget our incredible Beach Club! Located right on the beach at a prime location, just a short walking distance away, this beach club is a dream come true. It is the epitome of a tropical beach getaway, featuring 2 floors, with an infinity pool on the second floor, fusion cuisine on the second floor and Italian on the first, with a wide variety of cocktails and drinks for even the most discerning traveler.
Our beach club offers free chaise lounges to all our guests, with a minimum consumption of US$15.00 per adult.
