Step outside to a spacious yard, perfect for outdoor activities, and enjoy the convenience of a hot outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Located just 15 minutes from Batemans Bay town centre and 20 minutes from Moruya, this home offers a perfect blend of relaxation and easy access to local attractions.

With the beach close by and all key amenities within easy reach, Nioka is an ideal base for a laid-back coastal getaway.

Please note that the two levels of the property are accessed via external stairs.

We ensure our property is stocked with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies. For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay.

This property is provided with all linen and towels, although we do ask guest to bring their own beach towels.
