This 4 bedroom/2.5 bath condo in the heart of Sun Valley has 3 levels and will sleep up to 8 guests. As you come up to the condo there is a large deck with outdoor furniture to relax on. As you enter the condo there is a living area with wood burning fireplace and 65 65-inch flat-screen TV with cable. The fully stocked kitchen is very spacious and the dining table will seat 6 and has wrap-around seating. There is a half bath just off the kitchen and a stack washer and dryer in a closet next to the bathroom.

On the second level, you will find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a full-size hallway bathroom down the hall that each of these bedrooms has access to with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. On the third level is the master bedroom with a King bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV with cable., and access to a small deck area. The bath has a single sink vanity and shower only. There is a large deck to relax on as you enter the condo.

Complex Features: Dollar Meadows Condominiums are located across Trail Creek just south of the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Bald Mountain ski lifts are 1.5 miles away and Dollar Mountain ski lifts are 0.5 miles away. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Dollar Meadows

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
