The suite was in a great location. Quiet yet close to everything. The amenities were above and beyond. Laundry tea coffee. Even shopping bags and umbrellas. Couldnt have been easier. Check in was flawless just needed to be patient and all the information came in prior to check in on the same day.

Excellent accommodation, excellent location noting that Water Street is a popular thoroughfare for those with classic cars and bikes and the harbour is a working environment.

Amazing

The location was excellent. Easy walk along Water Street to George Street. Close to the Harbour for leisurely walks. This was a top floor unit which I wasn’t aware of and no other reviews mentioned that. Luckily for us it wasn’t an issue. The listing did mention a hot tub which there was none. My husband was disappointed in that. Overall the stay was great and the host was accommodating

Home away from home..

There was not anything I needed that I couldn't find.. everything from extra pens, to lightbulbs. Our host thought about everything to make staying here comfortable. A bonus for me were the extra blankets and towels which were much needed, given that it was 3 adults and 2 kids which stayed. The location was perfect as well, as it was within walking distance to lots of food places and gifts shops. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking about staying here.

Perfect place in a perfect location

We were very impressed with this rental. The location was perfect, literally within walking distance of almost all the main attractions. Janine was helpful when responding to our questions. There are plenty of great local restaurants and taverns as well as access to the harbour. All in all, a great spot. We will definitely be back.

Loved it here!

So convenient to downtown, comfortable and roomy. Could see some of the harbor. Good value. Host was always available if help needed. Would choose to go here again for sure!

Spacious apartment in a great downtown location

Spacious, modern apartment, well equipped for a comfortable stay in downtown St. John’s. Walking distance to Signal Hill and The Rooms. Close to restaurants and shops. 5 minute drive to Sobey’s and Dominion.
