Gorgeous three bedroom family home located in the coastal town of Sunshine Beach. Directly across from the patrolled beach & easy walk to eclectic Village amenities and Surf Club. Beautiful blue ocean views from every level. A/C'd throughout, wifi, modern kitchen, bbq and private balcony & luxury new furnishings complete the best Noosa experience. Welcome to the luxurious 'Coconut Bliss' in the beachside village of Sunshine Beach. Stunning 3 bedroom apartment flowing over 3 spacious levels with glorious ocean views from all bedrooms and the living area. The apartment is located on Belmore Terrace and an easy walk to eclectic Sunshine Village where you will find a host of amenities including the newly renovated Surf Club, gourmet corner store, funky bars and cool restaurants. The complex is a two minute walk to the patrolled (all year round) pristine beach and a five minute drive to world famous Hastings St and main beach.

The entry level of the property leads into the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with 65 inch TV (with full Foxtel), sublime blue ocean views and cooling breezes. The kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatible coffee machine. Enjoy afternoon BBQ's on the balcony with a cocktail or two in hand. There is also a powder room on this level.

The top level of the property comprises solely of the luxury master retreat. Wake up to the sound of the birds and watch the waves crashing onto the beach. There is a large ensuite bathroom off the bedroom along with a walk in wardrobe.

The lower level of the property comprises of two further bedrooms, the main bathroom with bath and the laundry room. The two bedrooms have A/C and blue ocean views.

Convenient Spot for families in Noosa & Sunshine Beach!

Overall, we are very happy with our stay at this property. We were a family of 5 and had plenty space to unwind after exploring the area. Key positive aspects of this rental: spacious apartment with lots of areas to relax (3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an open concept); includes parking, WiFI, an outdoor BBQ and partial view of the ocean, grocery stores within a few minutes drive and quieter area. Major bonus was it has a washer, dryer, and drying rack for wet items. Thank you for the TOWELS to use.Areas for improvement: the parking space is tight, but doable so be mindful; the pool needs attention and it made sense why it wasn't featured in the photos on the listing; I personally didn't want to swim in it but the kids did; there were no floor mats at the entrance so it was very difficult to keep the sand, etc. from spreading around the apartment; the vacuum cleaner is in need of maintenance, and the door lock seemed questionable but we had no issues. This is a three level penthouse with a master bedroom upstairs and extra bedrooms on the lower level and yes, stairs only, but as long as you're in decent shape it's not a huge deal. If stairs are an issue for you, don't book this. We were visiting friend in Noosa Heads and had a rental car to get everywhere, but you are within a few minutes walk of the beach (bring your stinger suits for the jellyfish!). I would recommend this place as we were generally pleased. The pool however, is a bust.

Lovely stay

We loved our time here, everything was clean & spacious. The only issue we had and if we had know we would have opted for an easier access location was the 6-7 flight of stairs to get to the apartment with three children plus luggage. There is no lift available & there is a lot of stairs. The pots and pans should be updated Teflon is just not suitable. The bed and pillows were so comfortable my husband and I had the best night sleeps & the views are wonderful we could spot whales & dolphins
