This bright and open three-bedroom home is nestled in the dense woods of the Cape Cod National Seashore on the oceanside of Wellfleet. Tucked away on a three-acre lot with mature trees and plantings, you'll enjoy a truly peaceful and private experience.

Surrounded by natural beauty and filled with books and artwork, this comfortable home will inspire creativity and provide an ideal spot for contemplation and relaxation.

This property has central air conditioning. All living space is on the first floor with the exception of the office loft.

Enter the living room with vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows flanked by two bookcases. The living room has a desk, comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with cable. There is a Steinway baby grand piano for those who can play.

A narrow flight of stairs near the front door leads to an open loft area that juts out over the living room like a ship's bow. This second floor hideaway has two desks and reading nooks. Great spot for reading, catching up on work emails, or even better--some creative writing.

Two of the home's three bedrooms are just off the living room. Both of the bedrooms have a queen bed. One of the bedrooms has a skylight. There is a share bathroom with tub/shower between the two bedrooms.

A short hall from the living room leads to the kitchen. In the hall you will find a closet with the conveniently located washer/dryer. The eat-in kitchen has a large dining table and sliders to the front deck. A door on the opposite side leads to the back patio. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances including a solid surface cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher and microwave and a decorative fireplace.

Just off the kitchen is a bathroom with tub/shower. A short hall leads to the wonderful sun porch. The sun porch has a sofa and chair, a dining table, flat screen TV with cable and a ceiling fan. A door from the porch leads to the deck. This is an excellent space for dining and relaxing. Please note: sun porch is not air conditioned.

Just beyond the hall to the sun porch is the primary bedroom. This bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with oversized, walk-in shower.

Outdoor spaces include a spacious front deck with dining table, a back patio with Weber gas grill, unenclosed outdoor shower and a detached screen porch with table and outdoor prep kitchen with running water--a great place for shucking oysters for dinner.

This hidden gem is only 0.7 mi to Cahoon Hollow Beach (11-min walk, 3-min bike ride) and 1.3 mi to Newcomb Hollow Beach (25-min walk, 6-min bike ride). Only a 6-min drive to Gull Pond, 7-min drive to Wellfleet's bustling Main Street for restaurants, galleries and shops, 9-min drive to the town pier or Mayo Beach on Wellfleet Harbor. Short drive to Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, MA Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and live theatre at WHAT.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
