Located on the third floor, this unit has an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen area. It features stainless appliances and beautiful countertops. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for additional seating. The living room features a large flat screen tv and an oversized couch to wind down for the evening while taking in sunset views overlooking the marina. There are windows everywhere to enjoy the incredible water views. A true gem with a large private balcony to enjoy the sunsets over the emerald bay. This unit is well equipped with ample seating both inside and outdoors.
