Condo Amenities include: hair dryer, ironing board, room safe, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and telephone. Also included is free WiFi, HBO, internet kiosk, complimentary coffee, complimentary concierge service, onsite maintenance staff, laundry facility, and a 24-hour reception desk.

Enjoy many resort-style amenities including a nicely equipped fitness center, a day spa, 2 saunas, outdoor pool (heated during winter), large Jacuzzi, sun deck, poolside bar, onsite restaurant, an ice machine to load up your cooler for the beach, and a laundry facility. Towels are provided and you may exchange them for clean ones at no extra charge. Parking onsite is complimentary.

A beautiful, spacious, and clean two bedroom, two bathroom condo with one of the best locations 0n Fort Lauderdale Beach! Almost everything you want and need is within a close walking distance including restaurants, grocery store, shopping mall, water taxi, bars/lounges, 24 hour convenience store and more. You will also enjoy the many complimentary amenities and services that the condo has to offer.

Condo Description:
The large two bedroom condo rental sleeps up to eight guests. There are a total of four beds (a king size bed in each bedroom plus a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed in the living room) The kitchen is well-appointed with granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, complete set of cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The dining room seats six people comfortably. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed (shown in pictures). The primary bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and a TV. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and a TV. The condo features a balcony with a patio table and two chairs.

Loved it!

First time in this area of Ft. Lauderdale. Several local owned places to walk and eat. Property and room were very nice. Will definitely stay again. Great host too!! Answered all my questions in a timely manner.
