Come and enjoy a stay at this spacious 7-bedroom, 3-bathroom home overlooking Longyard
Golf Course and Tamworth City. This roomy home offers several living areas and two
kitchens. Enjoy a BBQ with family and friends while watching your children play in the
covered outside play area. Cool down in the in-ground pool which is big enough to enjoy
with the whole family or a large group of friends.

Located in South Tamworth, in walking distance to highly rated restaurants such as Spicy
Indian Treat, The Corner Shack and Centillion Chinese Restaurant. Also in walking distance
are Tamworth Bowling Club and Tamworth Golf Club. Only a short drive away is the Peel
River where you can watch wildlife whilst running or hiking along the trail.

Cockroaches and 2023 milk

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well-located, and has plenty of room so was suitable for 2 families. The pool was also well-used! However, there were some negatives. There were lots of cockroaches (alive and dead) when we arrived, and we had to collect many each day of our stay. Fly-screens had tears in them (letting in mosquitoes), some of the air-conditioning was faulty, and there were not enough plates, bowls, cups etc for the number of guests. The pool also lost a lot of water during our stay - not sure if it has a fault or it was just evaporation. The room near the laundry smelt of cigarette smoke. The location was convenient and we made good use of the pool with very warm weather. It didn’t feel like value for money when we have spent less for stays in Vincentia near the beach.

Spacious property with great views

We had a lovely stay. The lounge areas and bedrooms were excellent. The upstairs bathrooms were conveniently located but the showers are a little challenging to access if you have mobility issues. We appreciated being able to take our dog with us and the property is well fenced, however there is no grass in the backyard. Overall a good holiday house.
