Detta är en nyrenoverad, mysig men ändå professionell stuga belägen på en tomt på 1 tunnland i ett lugnt, säkert område. Det är centralt beläget med stor tillgång till centrala St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Dunedin och Tampa. Tampas internationella flygplats ligger 27 km bort, och stränderna i Clearwater & St. Petersburg är ännu närmare än så!

Denna stuga är fullt möblerad med en skinnsoffa, kärlekssits, futon och stolar. Det finns 2 sovrum, alla med en dubbelsäng. De 2 badrummen har dusch och ett har badkar. Köket är fullt möblerat med fullt kylskåp och frys, elektrisk spis med ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, brödrost, mixer, krukor och till och med Lenox porslin. Det finns en tefack med te & kaffe från Hawaii (Lion Coffee). Central luft och värme samt takfläktar skapar en bekväm miljö oavsett utetemperatur.

Stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek är på baksidan av stugan så att tvätt enkelt kan göras (om det behövs) medan du kopplar av, lagar mat eller gör skrivbord.

Den har en 55-tums Roku-TV, och ett professionellt skrivbord där man bekvämt kan utföra arbetsuppgifter medan man njuter av TV eller Pandora-musik, och naturligtvis finns höghastighets WiFi ingår samt en dedikerad telefon.

Mellan det fristående garaget och stugan ligger en stor uteplats där man kan vila i lugn nära en trädgårdsområde med sockerrör som ger integritet från grannarna. I detta soliga område finns ett stort uteplats med 6 stolar. Om du föredrar finns det en liten sittgrupp under verandan.

Lovely cottage

This cottage was exactly as decribed. It is very well equipped, and comfortable. Gigi is a wonderful host and we will stay there on our next visit to Florida.

Lovely cottage for snowbirds

We had a lovely stay in a very cozy cottage. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt like we were staying in the country. There was room to stretch out, and everything was well-supplied and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. We liked the chairs with ottomans for TV watching, and also appreciated the recliner couch for reading.

A perfect getaway in a quiet neighborhood

The host was very responsive and clean, and the house was well-kept and very clean. We had no issues, and the location was central to what we needed and where we needed to go. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay there again.

A Pleasant Stay

I highly recommend staying at this cottage. It was clean, very well stocked and supplied, and located on a quiet pretty street. Gigi was an excellent host- we had no issues or problems, but if we did I have no doubt she would be ready to help. The check in and check out was very easy.This truly was one of the best places we've stayed out using VRBO.

Very nice indeed

Very Pleased with the property

This cottage was just what we needed for the couple days in Tampa for the wedding we attended. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms share one bathroom and the other bathroom is on the other side of the kitchen. The house was very clean. All the equipment worked well. The kitchen was fully equipped. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood in a pleasant neighborhood. The exercise bike came in handy and worked well. We were very pleased with our experience and will stay again.

Back again!

We came back again for another visit to the area. It felt like coming to our vacation home. We didn't have to worry about what to expect because we knew we were in for another great stay. Gigi is such a great host. The property is just off the main road ways so it is easy to get around. We came down for the beaches and baseball game, which we thoroughly enjoyed. There's so much to do within a short drive but your stay is in a quiet neighborhood. We will look to stay here again in the future.

Home away from home oasis

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage! What we loved best was the host, Gigi, the attention to detail, and the location. Gigi was a great communicator from beginning til the end of our one month stay. She quickly responded to any questions that we had and was delightful to work with. The cottage has all the details to make one feel at home. The location was an easy drive to places to bike, beach, kayak, sightsee, and wine and dine.

Wonderful home; very handy

The place is spacious and immaculate. Large living room space, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a terrific work area for traveling professionals. More than enough linens and food in the pantry and drinks in the refrigerator - a nice, homey surprise. The property is just close enough to major roads to be handy to everything but far enough off to be very quiet and residential. Gigi was a very attentive owner as well, making sure I had everything I needed.

Couldn't ask for more - Gigi was incredibly responsive throughout; even before we checked in. Clean unit, everything you could need (including a large desk - my nurses thank you for the quick WiFi so I could get them paid!), and a quiet neighborhood. I am a Family Practice physician who came to the St. Petersburg area in 1987 from Louisiana to do my residency training. I have lived at my home (which is the second house to the east of the rental cottage) since 1991, & I thoroughly enjoy the area which is unique in that the neighborhood has a rural feel yet it is located in the middle of Pinellas County which is certainly no longer rural. The county has a population of 900,000+, & its county seat is Clearwater, yet St. Petersburg is it's largest city., When my neighbors decided to relocate to New York in 2015, I chose to purchase & renovate their home so I could share this unique property with professionals & visitors in general who might not know that acreage still exists in the St. Pete area!

I work with many professionals in the medical industry, & often times they travel to our area for business. Most times they stay in a hotel, which lacks the feel of home. Chalet le Bon Temps is a newly renovated 2BR/2 bath cottage which is fully furnished to make the traveler feel he is at "home." Things like a recliner, a full kitchen, windows with top down-bottom up blinds, & an actual yard with birds & squirrels create a sense of familiarity & relaxation not commonly found at our local hotels or condos.
