Ideal for a peaceful and secluded getaway, this waterfront home sleeps 10 guests across 4 expansive bedrooms and boasts 4 modern bathrooms, a floating pontoon and a private shoreline.

47 Wyuna embraces its absolute waterfront position with open-plan spaces framing a breathtaking panorama of the exclusive and forested shoreline of Weyba Creek. The artfully designed home focuses on its luxury and timeless linear, with the home-oriented to face east to the water, drawing in an abundance of natural light and cool breezes across both levels.

Centrally situated between Gympie Terrace & Hastings Street. You can experience fine dining only a short stroll away at Quamby Place or walk a little further to the enviable Noosa River and restaurant precinct of Gympie Terrace. This holiday home is only a short 5-minute drive to the iconic Noosa Main Beach or the bustling Hastings Street.

The Space

This expansive and stylish residence sits behind a secure fence, with an intercom gate inviting you past the beautiful lush lawn to a large open entry.

Once you step through the door you are greeted by the soothing backdrop of the water. This space is luxuriously outfitted with porcelain tiles, a neutral colour scheme and modern furnishings. Through the light-filled atrium is the open plan living space, dining, and kitchen seamlessly flowing out to the stylish alfresco area.

The large terrace is perfect for entertaining in the outdoor lounge and dining setting. Here you can enjoy a day in Noosa’s tropical weather and take a dip into the spectacular wet-edge pool looking over the natural reserve beyond. This area is the perfect canvas for relaxation.

The contemporary kitchen takes prime position, with its interior that is equal parts soothing and spectacular, displaying a combination of floating timber cabinets and dark stone bench tops. The breakfast bar looks over the emerald depths of the unoccupied riverbank and is designed for slow mornings or conversational evenings. Positioned adjacent is the large dining space overlooking the pool, seating 8 of your family and friends.

Behind the dining area is the large living space offering a place to spread out among the comfortable lounges and enjoy a movie. If you prefer to unwind in a more peaceful setting, the sitting space sits adjacent and opens out through a glass door to the lush front garden.

On this level, you’ll also find a media room with a TV, ideal for the younger guests, a powder room including a shower, and a fully equipped laundry.

The guest sleeping quarters are on the second level with two grand bedrooms overlooking a panorama of water. The impressive master suite has a private balcony, king bed, and chic ensuite that includes a large wall-to-wall robe, a double rain shower, double vanity, and toilet. Slide back the doors to invite the breeze in and step onto your private waterfront balcony. Bedroom two has a king bed, luxury walk-in robe and spacious ensuite that includes a shower, vanity, and toilet.

At the other end of the hall, you’ll find bedrooms 3 and 4 overlooking the front courtyard, with an open office space separating them. Bedroom 3 is fitted with a queen bed and a large wall-to-wall timber cupboard, whilst bedroom 4 boasts 2 double beds and a single bed, making it the perfect kid's hideaway. Separating the sleeping zones is the modern main bathroom with a luxurious bath, shower, floating vanity, and toilet.

Complete with ceiling fans throughout and split air conditioning systems in the bedrooms - Please note the living area does not have air-conditioning.
