Located in the locality of Ville de LĂ©ry on the banks of Lac Saint-Louis, this charming apartment will satisfy you.
The residence Chez Roger, was completely refurbished with simple and quality elements!
Access to Lake Saint-Louis across the street is a nautical descent. Well suited for kite, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, etc. Very close to the islands of peace, a protected air.
The space
We attach great importance to the cleanliness and maintenance of the new condition of the accommodation. You have a full kitchen including fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, battery and new quality kitchen set.
A washer and dryer and storage space. Both bedrooms are equipped with block brand double mattresses and the bedding is of hotel quality with duvet and Georgian sheet. The two bedrooms have their own wardrobe.
Guest access
The accommodation is located on the floor of the building and accessible from the back with 2 parking spaces
Other things to note
LĂ©ry is a very beautiful place 20 minutes from Montreal! Do not hesitate to take your nautical equipment and enjoy the superb body of water accessible by our descent across the street to your left nearby!
Note the access to the lake as well as the small dirt road connecting your parking lot to the public road is shared!
