An easy walk to Hagley Park, Avon River, The Hospital, The Terrace and Riverside Markets.

Welcome to this exquisite 3-story residence! The ground/first floor presents a generously sized bedroom featuring x2 King singles with 5 star hotel linen, a wardrobe, and a full bathroom equipped with both a shower, vanity, heated towel rail and heated bidet toilet.

As you ascend to the second floor you enter a stylish and private living space, a thoughtfully equipped kitchen with views of the Port Hills and a charming dining area. Step out onto the captivating north-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing meals at home, otherwise step out your front door to a magnitude of dining options within a few minutes walk.

On the 3rd floor, a dedicated study/office space awaits, perfectly suited for your professional tasks. Whilst enjoying a view of the Port Hills.

As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, 50 inch smart TV, and plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. The washer/dryer combo is located in a cupboard in the kitchen, laundry powder is provided.

Located a short walk to Riverside Market's and The Terraces, you are able to enjoy all the city has to offer within a leisurely stroll.

Before your visit to Christchurch, consider downloading the Moov it app, an excellent resource for navigating the city's bus system conveniently. The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 5-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes.

This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's free on-street parking available in the surrounding streets.

Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site.

Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. Street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated parks. There are plenty of pay parks nearby as well as the Lichfield St parking building.

Please note parking in any reserved carparks next to Lava Lane may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. There are also cameras in place for enforcement.

City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise and neighbouring properties

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check-out time is 10 am and late checkouts must be requested 24 hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Great Location, Clean with all amenities!

Loved the location. Walking distance to parks and sites. Very clean and well-maintained. No free parking if you have a car. Accommodations had three floors, upstairs bedroom, middle living room and kitchen, bottom bedroom.
