This beautiful vacation rental located in Tara Preserve will be sure to meet your every need! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Want to enjoy the sun by the community pool or take a short drive to the white sandy beaches on Florida's Gulf Coast? Then this home if for you! This home is in the perfect location for Golfers, Shoppers, and the Vacationers with everything being just a short drive from the property.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for a group or family of 4. With over 1600 square feet this property offers a spacious floor plan making it possible to maximize family time and privacy. The patio area off the living room is all screened in and has plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. A bonus is the abundant wild life that can be seen from the patio from the gorgeous golf course.

The kitchen is fully upgraded with newer appliances and granite countertops it is also fully stocked with all the amenities you would need on vacation. Off the kitchen is a dining area that seats up to six people. It also has a breakfast nook for seating up to four and is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your mornings. The living room overlooks the back lanai and has a tv to watch your favorite shows on.

The master bedroom is just off the living room and has a king size bed with a tv and features a stunning master bathroom. The private master bath features a walk-in shower, soaker tub and dual vanity. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom is set up as an office.

Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.

Great Location.. sunny and bright home

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. Love the location and the space is perfect for an extended Florida get away.

Tired rental

Carpets worn, furniture chipped, house layout great. Could have been cleaner, stained carpet in master. "3rd bedroom" only a small den with no usable closet. No 2nd set of sheets for any beds and no real blankets. Need car to get to pool. Kitchen well-equipped and house in great location to Publix and restaurants. Terribly overpriced.

Great House Poor Management

I wouldn't even have left this review, but this is about the Management Company's (Gulf Coast Vacations) 5th email. The house was filthy upon check in, and I mean filthy. The maids had put the sheets in the washer, left, and never returned. Inexcusable, especially at a high winter rate . They eventually showed up with maids about 7PM and kicked us back a little money. The carpets were filthy beyond belief--kind of crazy that I had to complain about them before they had them steam cleaned. Still dirty, but better. A little proactive maintenance would have been more professional. They were receptive to our complaints, but the money were paying it should haver have happened.
