Tucked away in Sydney’s Redfern/Eveleigh/Alexandria triangle this split-level executive apartment is a cocoon-like haven in proximity to major event precincts, parks & eateries. Taking thoughtful design to another level, every decision and detail in the Fern has been considered in terms of liveability, and impact on the environment. Featuring a lush private courtyard, it’s the perfect home away from home oasis.
Entering on the top floor, you’ll find both the generously sized bedroom and bathroom to wash up and rest up perfectly after a long day. The bedroom features a king bed fitted with hotel-quality linen, ample built-in storage space, shut-out blinds and pops of sublime, one-off local artwork. With triple-glazed doors and windows throughout, enjoy a good night’s sleep in complete peace and quiet. The pristine, double-sink bathroom comes stocked with eco toiletries and plush towels amid premium stone finishes. Laundry & ironing facilities are also handy in the top floor hallway.

Walking downstairs, enjoy bright interiors aided by high windows spilling in natural filtering sunlight as you wish. Step out into the private courtyard where fresh greenery and cosy seating are the perfect alfresco setting.

Homemade meals are made easy in the state-of-the-art kitchen with Smeg oven, microwave/grill, and induction cooktop. Do it in style with Furi knives and Scanpan cookware. The large dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of seating and entertaining options or simply rest up on the plush couch in front of the TV with views to your private courtyard.

There is street parking available on a first-come-first-served basis, but there is no dedicated parking available onsite.
During your stay, you will have the entire space to yourself including the courtyard. Please make yourself at home!
