Please note ... lawn service at RockyTop occurs seasonally, and we check hot tub chemicals frequently, even during your stay, to ensure proper levels. We live locally, so if there is an urgent need, we can be available. A right-to-use/rental agreement will be sent immediately after reserving the house for you to acknowledge.
RockyTop Branson Resort pool is always open, 24 hours a day, with normal use, during the summer season of mid May through early October. Resort Quiet time is from 10:30 pm – 7:30 am daily. No lifeguard is on duty and surveillance cameras are in use.

No bedrooms share a wall with another bedroom for added privacy! We provide paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, drinkware, food storage containers, and more so you feel at home. A large unforgettable waterfall pool and other amenities, so you can make memories with space between homes, sharing your amenities with five other homes instead of fifty or more. Parking directly in front of the house, with no steps to enter the house, plus extra overflow parking space for a boat, trailer, or additional vehicles, on the property. Your own propane fire pit and bbq grill, with an extra propane tank at your house in case you need it. You have your pool table in your house. A private 7-person hot tub that we check chemicals on between every stay and every other day during your stay so it’s clean and ready to use, some places only check them weekly…what?
