You’ll love the vibrant atmosphere that entertains below, you’re right in the heart of the action with an array of bars and restaurants at your doorstep. This apartment has a great view of the viaduct and receives the beautiful afternoon glow so you don’t even have to leave your apartment to catch that sunset over the harbour!

All our apartments are located in the Sebel Hotel is right in the heart of the Viaduct, one of Auckland’s most desired central locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll. You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from downtown train, bus and ferry services. Public parking buildings 1-2 minutes walk. An abundance of restaurants, bars, and site seeing options all within walking distance of the apartment.

The area is fabulous for walking and site seeing The unit was well supplied and perfect for a couple Only issue was the balcony wouldn’t drain

Perfect location

Great little apartment with a balcony overlooking the viaduct harbour area. Really convenient location with groceries and beer and wine a 5 minute walk away (Woolworths) and tons of restaurants starting at the lobby.Apartment was clean and well apointed. Would visit again if I am back to Auckland.

Cricket trip

Stop over on the way to Christchurch for the first test. Really nice very well equipped apartment in a great location overlooking the harbour. Lots of places to eat and just a short walk to the city centre. Recommend taking a trip to beautiful Waiheke island for some wine tasting - the wineries are excellent and many have restaurants attached . Would definitely staye here again

Auckland trip

This property is absolutely beautiful and a gem of a location. The condo was very clean, modern and had all the amenities you could need. The washer/dryer was a bonus for us as we were on an extended holiday. The number of restaurants, the easy access to public transportation and access to groceries was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Our stay was incredible. Possibly the nicest apartment I’ve ever stayed in with a fantastic location to Auckland cbd. I cannot wait for my next trip to Auckland as I will definitely be staying here! The check in/out process was super smooth. Thanks Dale for being an epic host 😊

Clean and well maintained. Good location and helpful information. Staff helped me out with late checkout. So nice to get back from a hard day eating and drinking and sightseeing to a comfortable unit. Thank you. Contributed to a brilliant stay🙏

Best Location in Auckland!

I can't overstate this location; Viaduct Harbour is the heartbeat of the city. The restaurants and bars on the waterfront are outstanding and the whole vibe is exactly what we were looking for. There is a grocery store just a block away and amazing shops all over. We'll definitely be booking here for our next visit!
