Welcome to our newly-built, beautiful, bright, peaceful, cozy and well-appointed townhome on a premium ravine lot backing onto a scenic nature pond for you to enjoy. An oasis, private place, with lots of sunshine strategically located in the centre of Niagara Region!

Come spend here a staycation or family/friend getaway that feels like you are away from it all, yet so close to all amenities. It is a strategic location in the center of Niagara Region & excellent highway access:
18 kms. to Niagara Falls
17 kilometers to St. Catharines
20 kms. to Niagara On The Lake
60 kms. to Buffalo Airport
128 kms to Toronto

This is an entire 3-bedroom, 3 queen beds and 2.5-washroom townhouse, maximum of 6 people.

It is centrally located in Niagara Region, one of the most sought after locations for vacation, getaway and retreat. It is famous not only for the iconic Niagara Falls, casinos, Niagara On The Lake, fruits, vegetables and flower farms, wineries, shopping outlets, parks, golf courses. It is also accessible to Buffalo International Airport, Hamilton's John Munro International Airport and Toronto's Lester Pearson International Airport.

The property is less than 2 kms away to Highway 406, Highway 58 and QEW to access wherever you want to go.

Only 2 years old and very fresh and the driveway is still not concrete and covered with gravels.

It is also a few minutes walk to the children's playground and open space and a short trail at the back of the townhouses.

The Host lives on site in a separate unit at the basement. So the Host can easily respond to your needs or requests, if any. The Host has a separate entrance at the back of this unit so she does not share in the main entrance, except on extreme bad snowy weather during winter, where passing at the back may be treacherous and dangerous.

We do not allow pets.

Wonderful stay

We were very happy with our stay. Cora was concerned about making sure everything was acceptable for us. Things were clean, very accommodating and neighborhood was quiet. Wonderful experience, would definitely recommend.

Niagara Falls stay

Location of property is conveniently located just a minute off the highway but was quiet and peaceful. House was clean and comfortable. Host was great and was lovely to meet.

Niagara Falls birthday trip

Loved the accommodations and the interaction with the owner. Cora was very welcoming. The location was in a nice neighborhood with an easy 20 minute drive to the Niagara Falls tourist area.

Welland trip

We had a great stay in Cora’s home. It was exactly what we needed, lots of room, clean and comfortable. Cora was great when we needed extra kitchen things and there for us if we had any questions. We would absolutely stay again!

A beautiful family stay!

Cora’s home is a cozy, well appointed peaceful haven in Niagara! The amenities are top notch, the decor chic and homey and the pond view is stellar!!! Cora is a perfect and attentive host!!! It’s a wonderful stay for families. I truly enjoyed waking up to a coffee on the deck watching the birds by the pond. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Get Away

We had a wonderful time at this accommodation. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The home was beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable. Best part was waking up to the birds chirping in the backyard nature area. So peaceful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

There are 3 airports that I can choose from - Lester Pearson International Airport in Toronto, Canada John Munro International Airport in Hamilton, Canada and Buffalo International Airport in Buffalo, New York, USA.

I chose this neighbourhood because it is a newly built, peaceful, safe community. I love being in the Niagara Region because of what it offers - Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, farms, wineries, great restaurants, entertainment, hiking and scenic walking areas, waterfalls, less traffic and accessible to all amenities.

This property is well appointed premium lot and one of the few units with absolutely stunning, unobstructed view of the pond and lush greeneries at the backyard. There is a deck accessible by sliding door from the living room or if you love to walk during nice weather, you can pass by either sides of the 3-unit townhouse complex.

It is also a few minutes walk to the children's playground and open space and a short trail at the back of the townhouses.

You can also enjoy walking along the protected areas at Grisdale Road.
