Set on a prime location next to Central Station and a stone's throw from RMIT, enjoy the convenience and access of central living whether youâre travelling for work, study or leisure. Take some time to explore the sights then return home to relax on the sofa and watch TV, or enjoy the city lights from your window. When you're not dining out, pick up some fresh produce at Queen Victoria Market and cook up a meal in the well-equipped kitchen before you retreat between two plush bedrooms.
Directly across the road from RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology), the State Library and in walking distance to Melbourne University, this contemporary, two-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and convenient base to come and go for business or discover the city's renowned restaurants, shopping and cultural attractions. Slip into neighbouring suburbs with ease with trams and trains at your doorstep.
When you're not sampling the many nearby eateries, an open plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and other cooking basics such as pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy your meal at the four-seater dining table where you can also set up a laptop for remote work then kick back in the living area, where two sofas and a coffee table provide the perfect spot to watch TV or relax with a book.
Two bedrooms accommodate four guests, with both bedrooms offering a double bed. A modern bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as all the essentials â soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer â for guest use.
Situated in the same building as UniLodge's student accommodation, guests can make use of communal laundry facilities, group study areas and vending machines for those midnight snacks.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
