Designed by award-winning architect Mark Trotter, this exceptional villa offers an effortless indoor-outdoor flow to create a private resort-style oasis, perfect for families or groups looking to soak up Banora Point's relaxed vibe. Cool off in the saltwater swimming pool, fire up the BBQ, and dine alfresco overlooking the lush tropical grounds. You’ll be a 10-minute drive from Fingal Head and Dreamtime beaches, and just five minutes from Tweed Heads and countless cafes and restaurants.
Among a lush and leafy streetscape, this home embodies life in the Northern Rivers region, where guests can feel at one with nature. It has been designed for group getaways with blissful interiors that flow seamlessly to the outdoors. Views across the Gold Coast are framed from the wraparound balcony, while overlooking the glistening swimming pool and cabana below.
Entertaining is easy thanks to a spacious open plan living and dining area, flowing straight to the balcony. A sleek white kitchen centres around a breakfast bar, where guests can take things slow over their morning coffee. Easily cook up a feast on the BBQ and come together around the large dining table or outside beside the pool. In the evenings, kick back on the sofas while catching up on your favourite TV, while kids can play in the dedicated rumpus room downstairs.
The primary bedroom is a sumptuous retreat replete with a king-sized bed, direct access to the balcony and a luxuriously appointed ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. The second bedroom also opens to the balcony, with a queen-sized bed and a beautiful ornate dresser. The third bedroom is set with a double bed, while the fourth bedroom is custom-made for kids with a single bed, books and toys. Refresh within the main bathroom, which highlights a gorgeous clawfoot bathtub.
Enjoy the convenience of laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer. Parking is provided in the garage and on the driveway. Travelling with an infant? A cot and highchair can also be provided.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
